Community Support Professional

Qualified Applicants must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution in a human services field such as psychology, counseling, nursing, education, criminal justice, child development, sociology, social work, recreational therapy, human development and family studies, gerontology, behavioral science, rehabilitation counseling.
An individual with any four-year combination of higher education and experience in behavioral health or substance use field.
An individual with any four-year degree and two years of experience in behavioral health or substance use field.
An individual with four years’ experience in behavioral health or substance use field.
An individual with a master’s degree in a human services field.
This position is a great opportunity for a therapist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis, and support the physical, emotional and behavioral well-being of our clients. Therapists in this position work directly with clients, face-to-face or virtual, to actively listen to concerns and create and provide the most meaningful interventions. Bootheel Counseling Services is looking for an individual interested in the opportunity to take on the role of a Crisis Therapist. This position offers an intriguing opportunity to acquire strong assessment and crisis intervention skills, along with working closely with other crisis providers. Qualified applicants must possess at least a master’s degree from an accredited educational institution in the field of psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field. Health Care Home LPN Nurse Care Manager
This position is located in our Sikeston office. Qualified applicants must be currently licensed by the State of Missouri as a Practical Nurse, and have five years of nursing experience in a Health Care setting such as hospital, clinic, or home health delivery. Experience with Microsoft excel and word are preferred. The work schedule would consist of Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Medical Records Staff
This position is located in our Sikeston office and offers a great team environment with an excellent team leader. Qualified applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. The work schedule would consist of Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
This position will provide daily oversight of project activities, internal and external coordination, developing materials, conduct meetings and supervision of designated staff.
This position will provide data collection, compilation and reporting of data and will assist staff in making informed decisions.
Wellness Case Manager
This position will provide primary care screenings to monitor key health indicators, health risk and adverse effects of medications including monitoring for metabolic syndrome.
Substance Use Professional
This position will work closely with Veterans to assist in their successful linkage to appropriate services.
This position will provide outpatient counseling and group services for individuals with substance use issues. and will provide oversight to the substance use program.
The position will talk with individuals requesting new services to identify the immediate, urgent or routine level of needs for services. These services will be provided via telephone or face-to-face contact.
