Board Members:
David Stroud, MD: David Stroud has been a Board member
since 2004. Dr. Stroud is a Board Certified OB/GYN,
receiving a BS in Microbiology in 1977, MS in Microbiology in
1980 and MD in 1984. He is currently enrolled in the
Episcopal School for Ministry, DioMO. Dr. Stroud is a priest at
Orthodox Anglican Church, Anglican Mission in the Americas.
Jayne Dees (Secretary): Jayne has been a Board member
since 2007. Ms. Dees completed DHSS at St. Louis University
Public Health Leadership Institute. She is the current Health
Department Administrator of New Madrid County. She has
served for 28 years as the New Madrid County WIC
Coordinator. Ms. Dees is on the Board of the Missouri Rural
Health. She also serves on numerous county coalitions that
help the citizens of our area.
Lynn Feeler (Chairperson): Lynn has been a Board
member since 2006. Ms. Feeler received a BS in Education
(Speech Pathology) and MA in Education (Special Education
/ Learning Disabilities). Lynn is a former Director of the
Sikeston Regional Center for Developmental Disabilities (a
Department of Mental Health facility). She retired after 32
years of DMH service. Lynn is currently a small business
owner in Sikeston, Missouri.
Joe Lane (Treasurer): Joe has been a Board member
since 2007. Joe received a BS in Business Administration.
He is currently retired after serving twenty-eight years as a
Community Developer with Bootheel Regional Planning
Commission (a non-profit agency in Dexter, Missouri.) Joe is
a member of the Lincoln University Alumni Chapter.
Marty McReynolds: Marty has been a Board member since
2000. He is currently the Chair of the Budget and Finance
Committee. He received a Bachelor degree in Business
Administration from Belmont College in Nashville, TN. He is
Executive Vice President of the Bank of New Madrid as well
as serving on their Board of Directors.
Kevin Miller: Kevin has been a Board member since 2006.
He received both his Bachelor and Master degrees from
Southeast Missouri State University. Kevin has been a Band
Director, Middle School Principal, Superintendent and an a
Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary
Education Adjunct Professor for William Woods University.
Mr. Miller is a member of the Lion's Club and a reservist for
the Mississippi County Sheriff's Department.
Harriette Myers: Harriette has been a Board member
since 2008. She received a BS in Sociology and is Vice
President and Trust Officer for the Bank of New Madrid. Ms.
Myers is a member of the Board of Directors for Bank of
New Madrid and Missouri Delta Medical Center. She is a
member of the Economical Development Committee for the
City of New Madrid and is a member of the Budget/Finance
Committee for the Immaculate Conception School of New
Madrid, Missouri. Harriette is Vice President and Director of
Hunter Enterprises, Inc. and Dixie Bancshares, Corp.

Milas R. Mainord, II (Vice Chair): Milas has been a
Board member since April 2009. He is a 1972 graduate of
East Prairie High School. Mr. Mainord is the President and
co-owner of MRM Farms and MRM Ag Services, Inc. He is
a former member of the East Prairie R2 school board and
is an elder at the First Christian Church.
Debbie Pleimling: Debbie has been a Board member
since February 2010. She resides in Dexter and is the
Director the Stoddard County Public Health Center in
Bloomfield, Missouri where she has been employed for 21
years. Debbie is an RN, MSN.
Jeremy Anderson: Jeremy joined the Board in October,
2010. He is a graduate of Sikeston High School and
Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau,
Missouri. Jeremy is a partner in the Anderson Green
Insurance Agency in Sikeston, Missouri. He is also a
member of the Sikeston Jaycees, St. Francis Xavier Parish
Council and Sikeston Young Professionals / Leadership.
Mike Geske: Mike joined the Board in October, 2010. He
received a BS degree in Agriculture Economics from the
University of Missouri and is a local farmer in the Matthews
area. Mike serves on the board of directors of the
Environmental Resources Coalition, the Missouri Corn
Grower's Association and the National Corn Grower's
Association.
